About the need
The Challenge
The HR department operated with decentralized and manual processes, resulting in low efficiency and difficulty in consolidating information. The lack of an integrated system prevented the creation of unified reports and metrics, limiting the strategic vision of people management.
A critical issue was the absence of a tool for the continuous monitoring of employee health. It was necessary to transform isolated data into intelligent dashboards that would allow for proactive HR action, ensuring team well-being and optimizing decision-making.
